The City of Santa Fe Office of Economic Development supports local businesses through grants, financing connections, and community investment programs designed to strengthen Santa Fe’s economy and business districts.
Purpose This survey is required of all SAFE Grant recipients. It tracks how funds were used and what outcomes resulted, so the Economic Development Division can measure impact and meet reporting obligations.
Who Must Complete It
- Every recipient of a SAFE Grant during the current reporting period.
- An authorized representative may submit on behalf of an organization.
What You'll Be Asked
- How funds were spent or allocated
- Progress toward your original goals
- Outcomes or impact achieved
- Challenges encountered
- Supporting documentation, if requested
Deadline Submit by 12/31/2026.
If You Miss the Deadline Late or missing responses may result in a hold on funds, ineligibility for future grants, or a compliance notice, per your grant agreement.
Accuracy Answer truthfully and completely. Responses may be checked against how funds were actually used.
